About MirrorCut

MirrorCut is an AI video editor for solo creators and small brands. You record; MirrorCut turns the recording into ads, Shorts and finished videos, and you review every change it makes on a real timeline.

Why we built it

Sagar Dey is a creator and solo entrepreneur. Every recording ended the same way: spend hours editing it alone, or spend money hiring a video editor and wait. Talking it through, Saikat and Sagar asked why every solo creator and entrepreneur has to make that trade.

MirrorCut is the answer they set out to build: just record, and the rest is taken care of. The agent does the slow first pass (cutting dead air, finding the best moments, captions, motion graphics and every format), and you stay in control of the final cut.

Who's behind MirrorCut

Sagar Dey
Co-founder, MirrorCut
Sagar is a full-stack developer and a creator who records his own videos. Every recording ended the same way: hours of editing alone, or paying an editor and waiting. MirrorCut is the tool he wanted: record, and the edit is taken care of.
