Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with 7 days of Creator free. A card is required to start, and you get an email before the trial ends. If you keep the plan, $10 is charged when the 7 days are up; cancel before then from Plan and billing and you aren't charged. The trial is once per account and per card, and moving to another plan during it ends it.
Do higher plans get better AI or more features?
No. Every plan has every feature and the same AI. Plans differ only in how much you can make each month: credits, upload and export time, storage, how many exports run at once, and brand kits.
What is an AI credit?
Each request to MirrorCut's agent uses credits according to the work it takes: a quick change such as "add captions" costs the least, and a full edit or a designed motion graphic costs more. Editing by hand on the timeline uses no credits.
What are generation credits?
They pay for generated media: AI video is charged by the second, so a longer clip costs more, and a generated image, voice-over, music track or sound effect costs a small amount each.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy 80 more AI credits for $5 at any time; bought credits never expire. Or move to a bigger plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Plan and billing. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: every yearly payment comes with 50 extra AI credits that never expire.
