MirrorCut is built by a team of 3: Sagar Dey (Founder, CEO & CTO), Md. Jishan Hossain (Full-stack Software Engineer) and Raj Beladiya (DevOps Engineer). Together they ship the editor, the AI agent, the render pipeline and the infrastructure behind mirrorcut.ai.

Sagar Dey is the founder, CEO and CTO of MirrorCut, the AI video editor at mirrorcut.ai.
A full-stack engineer and a creator who records his own videos, Sagar designs, engineers and ships MirrorCut's AI agent, backend, frontend and deployment pipeline. He previously founded HypoMatrix, a product studio that builds web and mobile apps for businesses and startups, and led it until October 2026. Earlier he was Lead Software Engineer at CoFoundersLab, where he led a full rebuild of the platform that connects founders with co-founders and investors. He hosts the Trigger Point podcast.

A backend and cloud engineer with experience across AWS, GCP and Azure, Raj built MirrorCut's CI/CD and production deployment: parallel builds of the web app and the API, containerised releases and the checks that run before every deploy.
